Who I AM

My photo
Hello everyone, I am 23 years old and a Physical Education. I graduated from SUNY CORTLAND upstate New York. I am currently getting my masters in HPER at Emporia State University in Kansas.I currently work at Malverne High School as a leave replacement for physical education. I also teach 1 health and physical education class at the middle school for their district. I love volleyball and I am very competitive. I like challenges and being pushed to my limits. I've done some amazing DVD workouts such as Insanity and Insanity Asylum and P90X2. They can change your physical appearance tremendously. Your results are based on what you give in, how much you will push yourself, how much pain you can take and keep pushing knowing it will only benefit you. How much sweat are you willing to sweat? I believe that every person in this world can make a difference in a positive way, my way is by teaching. This blog is mainly from my undergraduate degree but I tend to add more post as I continue my career.

NIKE+ GPS WATCH

I have had plenty of watches to run with but nothing is like my new watch that I bought a few months ago, the Nike+ SportWatch powered by TomTom Gps. This watch is simply fascinating. The line, "you pay for what you get" is very true. The watch was on the high end of the price scale coming in at two hundred dollars but it was worth every bit of it. The watch is black and green and has a slick design that looks pretty fly. The face is rectangle and it is all digital. The watch is very simple to work with only using a few buttons to navigate it. This watch will record all my personal records and save them. It has a memory log to save my last workouts. If I beat a previous time it will congratulate me. The best part about this watch is the advanced technology it has. Where ever you run it records the map of your run. Once you are done you plug it into the computer and upload your results. Nike Running is the website you go to that shows your maps and all the different challenges you accepted. You can accept different challenges to join and set goals for the week or month. I previously joined the Males v. Females challenge which consisted to see you has more mileage after a certain amount of days, of course the males won. One thing that I absolutely love about this watch is that on the website you can add friends and see the trails they run. You can run the exact trail and see if you can beat their time. If your time is faster you are now the record holder for that map. It is pretty cool to see the most famous trails people run and the times that they achieve. Some people are lighting fast! I personally suggest everyone to start saving their money in their little pink piggy bank because this watch is worth every penny and more. Are you ready to run... LETS GOOOOOOOO !
