Who I AM

My photo
Hello everyone, I am 23 years old and a Physical Education. I graduated from SUNY CORTLAND upstate New York. I am currently getting my masters in HPER at Emporia State University in Kansas.I currently work at Malverne High School as a leave replacement for physical education. I also teach 1 health and physical education class at the middle school for their district. I love volleyball and I am very competitive. I like challenges and being pushed to my limits. I've done some amazing DVD workouts such as Insanity and Insanity Asylum and P90X2. They can change your physical appearance tremendously. Your results are based on what you give in, how much you will push yourself, how much pain you can take and keep pushing knowing it will only benefit you. How much sweat are you willing to sweat? I believe that every person in this world can make a difference in a positive way, my way is by teaching. This blog is mainly from my undergraduate degree but I tend to add more post as I continue my career.

Senior Year Volleyball Poem

Lately I've Been Feeling All Alone
No One Around Me I’m On My Very Own
My Mind Wanders And Thinks Of The Past
Those Times I Had Sure Went By Fast
I Had A Team To Dream For During Volleyball
We Knew We Had A Chance So We Gave It Our All
We Finished In 2nd Place Behind Half Hollow Hills
Just Saying That Gave Me The Chills
We Battled Sachem North And Beat Them In 4
We Were Not The Ones To Hang Our Heads To The Floor
Next Up Was Our Rivals Smithtown East
It Was Time To Let The Dogs Out Of The Cage And Show Them The Beast
November 5th 2008 We Defeated East In An Electrifying 5th Game
I Walked Out Of That Gym In So Much Sweat But Even More Pain
I Guess It Was In My Fate And My Time Had Came
My Season Ended Like I Got Wounded In A War That Night
I Fought Back Tears That Were In My Sight
Almost 3 And Half Years Later And The Sights Still Clear
Diving For That Ball That Fractured My Growth Plate, It Was Pretty Severe
Now I Can Only Look Back But Its Hard Not To Shed A Tear
Missed Out On The Finals, The Biggest Game During My Senior Year
My Season Ended Pretty Rough
Watching My Team Lose From The Side Was Really Tough
I Ask Myself To This Very Day
Why Did This Have To Happen This Way
